VP-1200 Checkweigher

    The Checkweigher Lenke VP-1200 was developed to meet the industry’s need of assuring the correct weight of their products and automatically record production.
    On the in feed conveyor belt, a static scanner reads a primary label on the package, identifying the product. The information is processed and each product has its weight tolerance. If the product meets the preset tolerances, the package is recorded in the client’s database. Other wise, the package is rejected and the data is not recorded.
    The checkweigher efficiently assures this monitoring, thus avoiding losses to both the company and the consumer.

    The Lenke VP-1200’s software has many resources in the standard version and allows customization according to the client’s needs.
    The production data is exported to the client’s database and allows for clear overview of what has been produced during a certain period.    		 Lenke VP-1200 is made out of the best available components and each part of the machine was designed considering continuous usage, in 2 or even 3 daily shifts.
    The equipment is made of stainless steel and non-corrosive materials.

    The Lenke VP-1200 uses state-of-the-art technology for weight capture and has an accuracy of 10 g, with a standard deviation of one point. The capacity of the Lenke VP-1200 is to weigh up to 30 boxes per minute. Maximum weight of the boxes is up to 50 kg.
