Description
The Packaging and Flow Scale is a system composed of an industrial terminal connected to a weighing platform with up to 4 load cells in stainless steel. The industrial terminal has a weighing module that is the electronic circuit of weight acquisition, is composed of a display, keyboard and a control plate, in a stainless steel case. This display can be column mounted with the platform, or separately depending on the application. In addition to the basic scale functions, it processes information about production, product registration, batches, averages, reports, and database connection for production notes, however these processes do not interfere with the configuration, calibration, and weighing by weighing scale. This solution has been developed for the packaging of different liquid or solid products such as paints, solvents, grains, bran and powders that are contained in silos, tanks or fed through conveyor belts, and mug lifts directly to bags in general.
